Flexible and robust at the same time - hose tube combination

Machine installation spaces in agricultural and construction machinery, for example, are usually very limited. It is therefore important that the installed components complement each other perfectly. Manufacturers also demand this for hydraulic systems. A good way to achieve this is to combine hose and pipe lines.

Multiple bends in the pipeline bridge large distances

The example of our product of the month clearly shows the advantages of Dietzel Hydraulik's optimized hose-tube combination solution compared to the previous solution. The screw connections, which not only pose a risk of leakage but also have a significant impact on assembly time, are clearly visible. In the optimized product solution, the fittings have been replaced by a multi-bent tube. This tube was already crimped with a hose line on both sides at the Dietzel Hydraulik factory. As a result, only one component needs to be ordered, commissioned, stored and assembled, which leads to significant cost savings.

In addition, the combination of hose and pipe allows large distances to be bridged. The multi-bent pipe can be adapted to the surrounding components as required and is bent as often as necessary. Overall, the piping is insensitive to radiant heat and can be firmly attached in the machine room thanks to the welded-on retaining plates. Vibrations and movements are compensated for by the hose lines, which are crimped on both sides at the factory.
