Our product of the month is a hose line with a special fitting that we can easily produce in-house thanks to our state-of-the-art production technologies.

Special fitting significantly reduces the risk of leaks

The original model features numerous screw connections that have to be connected individually during the assembly process. This not only leads to longer assembly times, but also to an increased risk of leaks. Our special solution developed by Dietzel Hydraulik eliminates three of the previous screw connections, significantly reducing the risk of leaks. The soldered and welded fitting undergoes strict pressure tests and quality checks in-house to ensure that there are no leaks. Only after successful testing is the fitting pressed together with the hose line. In addition, only one component needs to be procured, which optimizes costs.

 

Special hydraulic solution saves space in the machine room

Another advantage of a customized valve is its compact design, which is precisely adapted to the requirements of the machine room. As a result, the installation spaces are much tidier and the various components can be easily installed. For example, an additional retaining plate can be attached to the oil tank. Additional retaining plates or retaining devices are possible at any time.
