Highly dynamic flow measurement, pressure and temperature measurement.
The combination sensor, composed of pressure, temperature and flow sensor is used to highly dynamic measurement in hydraulic systems. The sensor is mainly used in places where it matters, to measure and evaluate rapid changes in flow of fluid.
For example vibrations can be analyzed that are caused by the teeth of a gear pump or by a single piston of a radial or axial piston pump. Furthermore switching times of valves can be evaluated.
Fluidsens 1000 shows fluctuations in the volume flow up to a frequency of 1 kHz. Thus openings applications for which there was no suitable measuring technology up to now. The rms value of hydraulic power can be calculated by combining pressure and flow measurement.
