Swiftness and flexibility
More than 1.600 different pressure fittings from our overall catalogue can be delivered at short notice, also in several step sizes.
Bases for our broad assortment are connection types to international standards; in the pressure range between ND 04 and ND 76. Also higher stresses can be coped with by in-house developed ultra-high pressure fittings from ND?16 to ND 51 and up to 450 bars. All ultra-high pressure inserts are fully pulse-tested to DIN EN ISO 6803. Different connection sizes and connection types can be optionally combined with different hose inserts.
From very small lot to mass production
It goes without saying that also special sizes are provided. Special angle positions up to 180° or multi-bent fittings are manufactured to customer requests within short times. Everything is possible -- from very small lot to mass production.
Our high flexibility is achieved through a large variety of fitting production facilities. We are manufacturing pressure fittings in soldered, welded, solid one-piece or ZAKO designs. For ZAKO models, i.e. surface-coated products, we ensure very short delivery schedules also for special drop lengths for 4SH, R13 and R15 hoses.
