High flexibility from design to production

We are offering our customers an extensive range of suction and low-pressure fittings. Standard fittings can be delivered ex warehouse in straight, 45° and 90° designs; but the Dietzel modular system also permits production of deviating angle positions, special drop lengths and step sizes.

Intelligent solutions for safety and economic efficiency
Several hose fastening elements ensure process-safe inserts. Press ferrules should be preferably used for known and recurring hose lengths. Hose clamps are a suitable alternative for installation corrections during erection.
Our suction and low-pressure fittings can be connected, e.g., in SAE, DKO and DIN flanges or via an adjustable gear pump connection with bolt pitch circle (35, 40, 55 mm) developed by our engineers.
We prefer O-ring-sealing variants that provide higher sealing safety. In addition, a newly designed hose insert enhances tear-out and sealing safety as was impressively proven in respective tests.

Short manufacturing times also for special fittings
Our high local content allows for customer-specific solutions, i.e. also integration of off-standard suction and low-pressure fittings as special fittings.
