Hose assemblies with 560 bar dynamic working pressure
There is an increasing tendency towards ever-higher pressures, especially in mobile hydraulic systems, e.g. for hydraulic traversing gears, that are presently dimensioned for 450 to 490 bar. We provide complete hose assemblies for a working pressure of 560 bar, including specifically developed fittings for this pressure range.
High pressures at high safety levels
The specifically developed 6SP hose in nominal diameters 19 and 25 was dimensioned for a dynamic load of 560 bar. Despite high pressures, these hoses are very flexible at a low / bending radius. The hoses provide fourfold safety with a burst pressure of 2,240 bar.
Innovative fitting solution
Our in-house developed SAE flange is manufactured for 560 bar on the basis of a 6000 PSI aster gauge for holes. The reinforced fittings are inserted in straight, 45° and 90° design with a specifically developed tear-off-protected tie-in.
Customised all-inclusive offers of hose assemblies
Comprehensive tests, such as burst pressure test to DIN EN ISO 1402 and pressure pulsation test with 500,000 stress reversals to DIN EN ISO 6803, were successfully completed and ensure delivery of complete hose assemblies as tested systems.
