Engineering consultancy of our customers
As defined in our corporate philosophy, one key focus of our core competences is on engineering consultancy of our customers.
Our in-house team of engineers advances product developments and continual further development of technological solutions. We are employing state-of-the-art resources -- 3D design, proprietary testing and inspection equipment and latest ICT – in order to develop efficient solutions. Our work is based on trend developments in the market, customer specific requirements and advanced manufacturing technologies. We promote collaboration with universities, institutions and facilities to comply with high market demands and our own quality targets. Our quality assurance system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 ensures implementation of process-safe manufacturing.
Our sales engineers, who provide for area-wide engineering consultancy of our customers on site, prepare economically interesting technical solutions together with our customers. Our top priority are complex system solutions that can be integrated faster and more favourably into a whole under consideration of „total costs“.
Our design department
Our design department is responsible for developing new products for later serial production. Existing standard products are optimised in their technical parameters. Customer-specific solutions are developed in each case and designed with 3D OneSpaceDesigner by CoCreate. Elaborated customised solutions are passed to customers as 3D CAD data for easy uploading into their systems. Thus, our customers’ design departments are relieved.
Further tasks of our development department are calculations of operating pressures as well as rating and calculation of hosepipe and pipe systems.
Testing of our products for process safety
All our developments are subjected to tests for integration safety, on in-house test stands and to applicable standards. Pressure hosepipes are subjected to burst pressure and pressure pulsation tests to DIN EN ISO 1402 and DIN EN ISO 6803, respectively, as well as a vacuum test during which pressing dimension and nipple determined. There are no test standards for suction hose lines, hence, suction systems are tested on in-house test stands to Dietzel company standards. In order to conform to our high quality demands such systems are subjected to vacuum, burst pressure and tensile strength tests and an additional alternating pressure load test. Test results obtained are immediately incorporated into fitting development and guide press dimensions as well as torque determination for bracket installation. Thus, we are able of supplying our customers with technical mature products in the suction area.
Proprietary developments
We develop high-quality hydraulic joining elements but also products for long-time pressure and temperature measuring. We are developing a dynamic volume flow sensor to help further reduce downtimes of hydraulic systems. Combined with dynamic pressure sensor this unit can be used as hydraulic performance measuring element.
Thus, defective active components in a system can be identified and targeted remediation measures initiated.
