Efficient interaction of all technological manufacturing flows ensures that 2- and 3-dimensionally pipes are made to high quality standards.

We employ sophisticated bending, finishing, measuring and monitoring equipment and are able to meet highest requirements to availability, flexibility, economic efficiency and schedule effectiveness.

Elbows for large and heavy piping
We produce elbows in gererally accepted  design for large and heavy pipes with diameters from 38 mm to 114.3 mm and wall thicknesses from 4 mm to 20 mm, at bending angles up to 90° and mean bending radii of 2.5x OD.

Machine-controlled pipe end forming
We provide pipe end forming as machine-controlled cold forming that conforms to highest utilisation and quality requirements. Preassembled cutting ring union, flared fittings with 37.5°, WALFORMplus and VOSS^SQR are realised to max. outer diameters of 42 mm.

Materials for all applications
We boast experience in processing of a large variety of standard materials – from structural steels via high-alloy stainless steels to soft aluminium and copper.

Process-safe design of production flows
We employ 3D measuring equipment. The measured data of a sample pipe are fed to a CNC-controlled bending machine. „FAI reports“ are only issued after the bent pipes pass the comparison with the sample pipe. Our sample archive is the basis for process-safe production.
