Individual and serial production
We provide assembled hose lines . Based on our broad hose program we are capable of manufacturing almost any hose line to customer requests.
We manufacture:
Suction and low-pressure hose line
According to customer specifications, we supply completely pressed hose lines or carry out their individual assembly with different hose clamps.
Pressure hose lines with 1 or 2 wire braid reinforcements
Assemblies can be made with skived or non-skived hose..
Ultra-high pressure hose lines with 4 or more spiral wire reinforcements
4SH and R15 hose lines are generally tied in with tear out-safe fittings. Exclusively solid one-piece, tear out-safe fittings are used for increased safety requirements, e.g. for application in injection moulding machines to DIN EN 201. The specific parameters are recorded during the hose line assembly.
We supply tested quality
Customised hose lines are manufactured in compliance with specifications in our quality management system to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 in conformity to reliable, process-safe machining procedures.
All inserts are pressure pulsation tested to DIN EN ISO 6803 on our in-house pressure cycle test stands.
