From apprentice to master craftsman

After 2.5 years, Fabienne has successfully

successfully completed her extra-occupational training as an industrial foreman in metal.

She is a true inspiration! We are incredibly proud of her career:

• In 2016, she started her apprenticeship as a cutting machine operator at Dietzel
• After successfully completing her training, she worked as a shift supervisor for 1 year
• In 2021, she began training as a trainer and has been working in our apprentice workshop since May last year, mentoring our trainees

We wish Fabienne all the best and much success on her way.
