Whistleblowing System

Compliance with legal requirements and internal policies is of high importance to our company. To support an open and responsible corporate culture, we have established an internal whistleblowing system.

This system enables employees as well as external third parties to confidentially report potential legal violations or other serious misconduct.

What can be reported?

The whistleblowing system can be used in particular to report the following matters:

  • Corruption or bribery
  • Theft, fraud or embezzlement
  • Money laundering or improper payments
  • Violations of data protection or IT security regulations
  • Violations of labor, environmental or safety regulations
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Violations of legal requirements or internal policies

If you are unsure whether a matter is reportable, you are encouraged to submit a report nevertheless.

Confidentiality and Protection

All incoming reports are treated confidentially. Reports can also be submitted anonymously if desired.

Your report will be forwarded for initial assessment to ad hoc datenschutz GmbH, which has been appointed as the external provider of the internal reporting office, and will be processed there.

Communication with the reporting office can also take place via the whistleblowing system.

Scope Limitation

The whistleblowing system is not intended for general complaints, product or service inquiries, or suggestions for improvement. For such matters, please use the designated communication channels.

Submit a Report

You can submit a report via our whistleblowing portal:

https://dietzel-hydraulik.hinweisgeber-portal.online/

After submitting your report, you will receive an individual access code. This allows you to track the processing status and communicate with the reporting office.

External Reporting Channels

Irrespective of the use of our internal whistleblowing system, you have the option to contact an external reporting authority.

Federal external reporting authority:

  • Whistleblowing Office at the Federal Office of Justice
  • Possibility to submit a report online via the official website

Responsible Use

Reports should be made in good faith. Deliberately false reports are not protected under the whistleblowing system.
