Nicole Ender-Platt

At Dietzel Hydraulik, I not only found a new job, but also more time for my family.

Nicole Ender-Platt, Outgoing Goods

How long have you been with Dietzel Hydraulik and what was important to you when you joined?

After years of shift work, it was important to me to find a job that was compatible with my family life - without working weekends so that I could be there for my daughter in the afternoons. As a career changer, Dietzel Hydraulik gave me exactly this opportunity in June 2022 and paved the way for a new career direction.

What does your working day look like?

My working day starts with sorting the goods that have already arrived. Later in the day, I process external orders in our ERP system and then prepare these goods for dispatch to the electroplating shop.

What do you particularly appreciate about your working environment?

The great colleagues, the flexibility and the family friendliness. The working atmosphere is very pleasant and I feel that I am in good hands.

How does the JobRad offer fit into your everyday life?

The commute to work also plays a role, mainly because it's important to me to have a good work-life balance. I'm faster and safer on the e-bike. When the weather is right, I ride my Cube mountain bike to work every day and also like to use it for longer tours in my free time.

What advantages does the JobRad bring you personally?

I get regular exercise, save on gas and stay flexible. I particularly appreciate the fact that I am not only doing something for my health through the JobRad offer via my employer, but can also save money - because it would be difficult for me to afford an e-bike with this level of equipment privately.

Would you recommend the JobRad offer to others?

Yes, definitely! The JobRad is a financially attractive and healthy alternative to the car - especially for colleagues who can't afford to spend so much money on a high-quality e-bike at home. I think it's great that Dietzel makes offers like this that really make everyday life easier.
