More safety thanks to thinner hydraulic hoses

In the field of vision of a forklift truck, it is important to design the hydraulic hose lines as narrow as possible. More visibility for the driver means more safety in the workplace. That's where every millimeter counts. In addition, the heights of the booms are often very different and sometimes vary with each vehicle. Here, the manufacturer wanted maximum variance and flexibility. No problem for Dietzel.

A flexible design for different hose lengths

We sat down with the customer and the hose manufacturer and developed a fitting with socket that can do just that. The socket of the one-piece component is pre-crimped onto the fitting. In this particular case, we supply the hoses on the reel. All the customer has to do is cut them to the desired length on his line, plug them on and crimp them. Of course, he gets all the necessary data and instructions for this from Dietzel.

We produced and delivered 2,000 pieces of this fitting per week without any problems. Thanks to our in-house impulse test stands, we can guarantee the quality of the system at all times.
