Expertise, promotion, family: These are the 3F that are important to us in our company. Dietzel is a company with a family DNA - not only because we bear the name of our founder, but because we still live this awareness today in our dealings with our employees. We value them and their expertise, we promote their skills and talents, and we attach great importance to genuine, human interaction. Of course, performance is also important to us - but we don't achieve it with pressure and harshness, but with appreciation for each other and plenty of room for personal responsibility.

We think in perspectives - for you and for us

Our 400 employees have individual skills and abilities. Our task is to promote these strengths in those who wish to develop them further. We offer many paths and opportunities for this: From BA studies to training as a technician or master craftsman to the chance to take the next steps on the Dietzel career path as a department manager or deputy plant manager.

We are also always thinking ahead for our company as a whole. That's why we are specifically driving forward automation and digitalization, thereby securing the future of Dietzel and thus of our large team.

Recognized training, targeted further education

We know what we are doing - and we are happy to pass on this know-how to our employees. Since 1992 we have been working as a recognized training company of the IHK Ostthüringen zu Gera (East Thuringia Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and help young people to lay the foundation for a career in our company with a qualified training. We continuously and individually develop employees who are already part of our team - always in close exchange with them and their next career goals.
