Since when in the company

On 19.08.2019 began here my 3-year training as an industrial clerk. Working in internal sales since summer 2022.

How did you / did you come to Dietzel?

I encountered Dietzel Hydraulik at many training fairs and as a result I became directly enthusiastic about the product and the company's goals. Above all, the many training and further education opportunities appealed to me. No sooner had I handed in my application at a trade fair in Schmölln than I was invited for an interview and shortly afterwards I started my training here.

Current tasks (What does a typical day look like?)

I work in sales as an internal sales representative. I look after a wide variety of customers and customer groups, and my daily tasks include processing inquiries, preparing quotations, calculating prices and consulting with customers. Internally, I consult a lot with my colleagues from the technical department in order to be able to offer each customer his individual serial product according to his wishes.

What I like about Dietzel

What I particularly liked about my training at Dietzel Hydraulik was that we trainees were able to gain an insight into the various departments, such as Human Resources, Sales, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management and IT. The tasks were and are always varied and there is the opportunity to take responsibility for various projects. In the future, there will be many opportunities for further training and career development here.
