Hydraulic systems are exposed to high loads

They are subjected to particularly high stresses in the engine compartment of a tractor, for example. It is not only cramped there, but also very hot. The rubber jacket of a hose would not withstand the heat here in some places. In addition, the hose would have to be bent in two places.

Our suggestion to the tractor manufacturer: We combine hose and pipe lines. In one piece, of course.

Dietzel one-piece - The latest fashion in hydraulic systems

The Dietzel one-piece hydraulic system is available in hundreds of different versions. But all Dietzel one-piece hydraulic systems have the same advantages: They are absolutely leak-proof, optimized for installation space, inspected and tested. In addition, all components at Dietzel are cleaned with special foam projectiles. This guarantees that no chips are left behind and the hydraulic oil is one hundred percent clean.

Tube bending cell for series production

In order to be able to offer the agricultural machinery manufacturer a one-piece solution, our engineers developed a special fitting that was pressed and soldered to the pipe and hose lines. At Dietzel, we bend the piping for this system in series production in a so-called pipe bending cell. Always the same. Always right.
