High demands on hydraulics

We have been working with wind turbine manufacturers for many years. The challenges for our hydraulic systems, especially in the area of the nacelle behind the rotors, are very complex. At this height, maintenance and assembly work always involve an enormous amount of effort.

On-site workshop brainstorming

In this case, we met with the customer for an on-site workshop. This allowed us to jointly design a solution in an initial brainstorming session. Our engineers then implemented the ideas in a 3D model and produced a prototype. This made it possible to replace the standard fittings with a copper-brazed manifold with ball valve. The new system takes up less space and saves costs. It is absolutely leak-proof and is delivered tested by us. We already manufacture the prototypes at Dietzel under series conditions. The changeover to series production then takes place automatically and is not associated with any further costs.

Through the personal contact and the individual support of the project by our employees, we create trust and pave the Dietzel way for a long-term cooperation.
